IRAN Forgery

IRAN,1903, MH, 1kran, PROVISOIRE 1903 and lion in frame

 There is a very simple way of detecting a forgery of this overprint. On the top righthand line of the octagon there is no break in the frame. All genuine overprints have this break. If the line is continuous then it is a forgery.
